- 5 stars, 17 Jun 2026: Bought mobile TV trolley from Jia Ying Trading 6-7 years ago. After we changed the old TV, we needed advice on how to fix the new TV on old trolley. To our pleasant surprise, our inquiry email was promptly replied with detailed instructions on how to adjust. The best after-sale service and very reliable supplier we have ever come across! Many thanks, Anne and Thomas. Keep up the good job!
- 5 stars, 24 Oct 2020: Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable pricing and good service. Impressed with staff knowledge and expertise.
- 1 stars, 18 Feb 2020: very rude and impatient staff
- 5 stars, 15 Feb 2018: Very kind shop owners. Helped me with stuff that wasn’t working. Not sure why others have had a bad experience, might have been an unlucky day. My interactions and support experience were super.
- 1 stars, 5 Dec 2017: Terrible products, worst service. Systems break down once every three months and the lady on the phone is extremely rude and impatient. It doesnt take 10 seconds for her to get annoyed at a customer with enquiries. This company also charges every single time they come and repair their unreliable products.
- 5 stars, 6 Feb 2017: Well pleased with their service. 2 tiny screws belonging to my bracket were misplaced. Mr. Lawrence, himself, drove down to my office to handover the screws. Very glad to have purchased from Jia Ying.
