Not helpful…

The boss took extra miles to follow up call the agent on my extended warranty. I got my extended warranty. Good buy and service. I will use his service again on my routine air conditioner maintenance/service.
- 1 stars, 8 Aug 2026: Extremely disappointed with the installation service. The lack of care, cleanliness, and professionalism shown during the installation was completely unacceptable. After the installation was completed, I was left to deal with the mess and damage caused by the installers: Drilling dust and debris were left behind, including dust from drilling through the bathroom. The area was not properly cleaned up. Excess pieces of cut pipes were simply left behind instead of being removed and disposed of properly. My blackout blinds were torn off unnecessarily. They were attached with Velcro and could have
