Called ju jiang and responded even its Christmas Day. Ah San the technician came today, and the aircon appears working fine lol. Instead of just leaving it as it is, he took extra care and double check the thermistor just in case. Turned out it’s really the thermistor problem and he replaced it. Really grateful to have such dedicated team in my contact.
