Chris was very thoughtful and mindful of helping me to keep this garden thriving with clear explanations of the needs of the plants I selected. The work required a highly considered approach to the site, including an understanding of the existing terrain, soil conditions, drainage, water flow and surrounding vegetation. David worked closely with the project team to ensure that the ceramic tiles were carefully embedded into the Rail Corridor landscape while remaining sensitive to both the environment and Kate’s artistic intent. Chris was friendly, knowledgeable, and patiently answered all my questions while offering helpful suggestions. I first tried their grass-cutting service and was impressed by the professional team, who clearly explained the process—even the pros and cons of cutting grass on a rainy day—and did their best to clean up despite challenging conditions. Their ‘A’ team came, service was excellent! Besides cleaning the main pond & replacing a new pump, they went the extra mile of solving small issues of my smaller pond (teaching us how to clean) & tilting our heavy giant pot of plant to cut off overgrown roots sticking out so that water can flow better. All these at no extra cost! At the end of the cleaning, they collected all the debris & put them in their own vehicle for disposal. Impres

Their response time was impressive — from my first call to getting a quotation after site inspection took less than 2.5 hours! The workers were courteous, punctual, and meticulous, completing the entire job efficiently from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. the next day. They showed great professionalism and attention to detail, and the cleanup was spotless. High-quality workmanship at a very reasonable price — truly a five-star experience worth recommending!
