Firstly, I appreciated the thorough walk-through with Yang Lu before the cleaning started, where he explained their standard operating procedure, pointed out every nook and cranny that they would clean, and set expectations together. Afterward, we walked through again together and checked all the places where cleaning was promised (100% spick and span!) Yang Lu also very helpfully (of his own initiative) pointed out small defects spotted when cleaning so we could rectify them before we move

- 1 stars, 5 Apr 2026: It's frustrating and disappointing that the company does not bother to inform customer when the cleaner is unable to come for the scheduled cleaning session. Have been using KMAC for quite some time. Communication is poor and the assigned cleaner is always on MC. Time to look for an alternative cleaning company.
