- 1 stars, 24 Jun 2025: Terrible experience with this company. Unethical and dishonest, they lure you in to use their service pretending to be transparent and all but please do not fall into their trap like I did!!! The owner Herbert Lim is very untrustworthy, do not trust them!!!!

Engage on their misting service this time for my outlet because i know they are good at what they are doing. Yusri is very experienced and did a very thorough and good job. He shared his knowledge with me as well. Really thankful to have them and looking for a long time partnership.

I had thought i had termites infestation and thankful that ladybird pest mgt sent their friendly staff down for site inspection and it turn out to be water seepage issue that might have corroded the wooden flooring. The staff did a thorough inspection of all wood furniture around the house. All these were done at no cost. Thank you!

The owner charged me $450 with 1-year warranty to get rid of a powder post beetle infestation on a wooden console table. I had to chase him multiple times for scheduling every visit and at the end of 6 months of intermittent treatment the infestation was still there. When I expressed concern, he asked to have the unit sent to his workshop so he could dip it in pesticide solution. I have no idea what was done in the workshop - it certainly wasn’t the chemical dipping promised and the owner refused to send me any pics or updates on the tr

I am not even sure whether it is a real bait or not. No service reports. No punctuality. Evades tough questions on his methodology.
