- 3 stars, 12 Sep 2026: Overrated. During installation, the installer refused to adjust the door closer to the floor, leaving a big gap underneath and simply said it was okay. They then recommended a door gap blocker for an additional $100++. I find this disappointing, as the gap could have been minimised during installation., even have been communicated befote installation. Considering their doors and locks are already priced higher than other retailers, I expected better service and installation quality.
