- 1 stars, 22 May 2025: Shop closed.
- 1 stars, 19 Sep 2024: Don't bother to come to duplicate keys. The staff in the photo quoted 2 dollars for 1 key, took my keys, match and put at machine already then proceed to say don't have/没有. I asked nicely which one don't have and he keep looking at the floor say 没有 and put back all the keys and returned mine. Very confused with his antics. Extremely difficult to communicate and looks like this staff lazy to do it.
- 5 stars, 18 May 2023: Fast and good service. House key fit first attempt. Unit no. #01-193, blk 21
