- 5 stars, 31 Aug 2026: Reached out to Light Guru and had a really good experience. Their pricing was transparent from the start, and they even managed to arrange same-day installation for me. They were easy to talk to, honest with their advice, and recommended what made sense instead of simply trying to sell. Good people, fair pricing and honest service! Would definitely recommend them.
- 1 stars, 18 Aug 2026: No replies on WhatsApp, no answering of calls. Not replying to msgs on lazada. Even collection address is wrong! I asked a lady in 08-42 & she mentioned that unit is not Lightguru. Bought on Lazada & arranged for self collection, but no answers at all. I am going to cancel my order. Please avoid at all cost. Managed to get what I wanted from another shop in Woodlands Mega itself & cheaper even.
- 1 stars, 31 Jul 2026: Won’t recommend buying from this store. I placed an online order with them, payed full amount upfront. I had to chase them for updates on the order and they’re very slow in responding. Tried WhatsApp, email and calling multiple times. They also don’t fulfil their delivery promise. Website says the delivery is within 3-4 working days. After 3 working days, I still did not receive a confirmation email from them. In the end, after finally getting a hold of them, I requested to refund my order.

- 5 stars, 4 Jun 2026: I was doing routine cleaning of my fan blades and noticed a noise coming from inside the motor cover after turning the fan on. I contacted Light Guru⁠, and their team responded promptly. The staff provided clear guidance over the phone on how to adjust the motor cover. I followed the instructions, successfully adjusted it, and the noise was completely resolved. Excellent after-sales support, professional service, and very helpful staff. Highly recommended!

They are selling almost the full range so we were able to get everything from them to keep the consistent look in our home. Not everywhere would carry the full range so we were very pleased to have found them here. Website was easy to use and they were very helpful with our enquiries and swift deliveries, Reliable and would highly recommend!
