- 5 stars, 8 Sep 2026: Won't use any other!
- 5 stars, 8 Sep 2026: Wonderful service. Sent my 2021 Macbook Pro in for a battery replacement, barely waited 20 minutes and the device was ready for collection. There is peace of mind with the 6 months warranty offered. This is a far cry from official Apple store who quoted a higher price and needed a week's turnover time. Message them for a quote first!
- 5 stars, 6 Sep 2026: Great service from Mac Infinity! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jackson Koh attended to me and was very efficient, honest, and professional. Initially, the team suspected a motherboard issue, but after checking thoroughly, they confirmed that the motherboard was working properly and found that the problem was only with the battery. They then quoted me a much lower price. I really appreciate their transparency and fair pricing. Highly recommended! 😊
- 5 stars, 5 Sep 2026: Excellent service by Jian Guo! He was great and very helpful. Will come back.
- 5 stars, 3 Sep 2026: Thanks for the explanation and excellent service. Brought in my very old devices to extract then clear the data. Jackson was fast and effective. And very kindly offered to dispose of the heavy iMac.
- 5 stars, 1 Sep 2026: Beyond all expectations! Outstandingly friendly, thoughtful staff with deep expertise and genuine care. This isn’t just great service — it is simply THE BEST I have ever had in my entire experience. World-class, flawless, and worth every praise possible! 🏆💎🤩
- 5 stars, 31 Aug 2026: Experienced & friendly staff with prompt service! Thank yout!
- 2 stars, 31 Aug 2026: Look it gets you to what you want but in my opinion financially, just go to an official apple store. This is quite literally the best reminder for you to go get Apple warranty with your products
