- 5 stars, 11 Sep 2026: I have been using Maginet for 6 years now for both my commercial and residential properties, and they are fantastic. Their response time is always quick, which makes life so much easier when an issue pops up. Xue Li provides great customer service—they are always helpful and easy to communicate with. The technicians on-site are very professional, show up on time, and get the job done right. I’ll definitely keep using them and happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.
- 4 stars, 12 Mar 2026: The staff were professional 👍👍👍👍. The contact person was attentive and responsible! Very satisfied, thank you!
- 1 stars, 7 Mar 2026: Beware of this contractor. We were told by the landlord’s agent the service is $80. The guy showed up for 10 minutes to do the job and then went into his truck to talk on the phone. I had to leave the house, then he charged my mother in law $120! Next time you call plumber, make sure they put it in writing how much they charge you upfront. This type of gauging and business practice, $120 for 10- minute work after they finish that’s different from they quote you is just unacceptable!
- 5 stars, 28 Oct 2025: Magnet maintenance, help us to solve the water piping in a professionally way… not messy, nicely done. The workers are friendly, especially Shelly handle the job very well. Thank you Shelly
- 5 stars, 22 Mar 2025: Workers, leads by Shapeon are very hard working and work throughout the rain till past midnight to replaced our broken pipe. Thanks for all their hard work and happy with the job well done. From Aranda Country Club
- 5 stars, 21 Jan 2025: Responsible service. Unlike other plumbers who you get on the Internet who will over charge you, they quote a reasonable price and are responsive. Will use them again in the future. Even managed to source for me a spare part for my flushing system that is hard to find.
