- 5 stars, 23 Jan 2024: • Punctual (rare quality in this business). • Meticulous - Shajahan came for an initial site visit to assess the problem, also did a terrific job laying out the pipes neatly. • Knowledgeable - spotted the issue right away when other plumbers couldn't. • Attentive - paid attention to my instructions, sent me a rough diagram to confirm, and followed through. Edit: I have since engaged Master Plumber to fix other problems and Shafikul consistently offers quality solutions. He is very experienced and is able to diagnose problems quickly and accurately. He is also honest when he can't, but will tak
