## Latest Google reviews (2 of 2 held with text)

- 5 stars, 24 Nov 2019: Their services has certainly improved in the recent years, especially with the updates in their site that allows you to send your ideal window grill design and dimension. The staff are also knowledgeable with what they do!
- 2 stars, 23 Sep 2019: When I called to ask about the price for window grilles, the curt and unfriendly person who picked up told me to send a picture. But after I did, he just replied that they need to do a site survey first which costs $50. If he could not even provide a quote as shown on their website, then what is the purpose of even telling me to send a picture in the first place?
