It was a very hectic time and a completely unexpected turn of events. The admin lady was very helpful in addressing the urgency of the situation. She assigned the job to Chris, who came down on the day we called - despite it being very late into the day - to give us professional advice based on his assessment. His advice was genuine, and he explained our options in detail, with pros and cons. It helped us to make the right decisions to address the issue promptly. We were initially convinced by their team that a third session was absolutely necessary, even though we had only found one dead bug following their SECOND chemical treatment. We reluctantly agreed, trusting their expertise. However, after the third treatment, things took a turn for the worse. Instead of finding fewer pests, we discovered more than 6-7 bugs, some of which appeared to be adults. They were very fast and responsive. I made the call 4.30pm yesterday Friday and got appointment quite fast. They came Saturday 10am on time. I was worried about termite problem.
