In the end no response from Chloe & after that she had an assistant. The assistant used to give appointment on that day itself like we have nothing else to do. Once i told them to let me know in advance instead of that day itself. Then silence already. I had a friend who after pushing so much finally got an interview. It left me no options for any backup plan as it was always last minute no show. There is no emergency number to contact too. Not gonna recommend and advise you all not to choose this company. I was feeling unwell and lost my voice and they took the initiative to carry out the works in my home without me having to say anything. Definitely recommend and will engage them again.

I tried contacting the company multiple times via WhatsApp, but received no response at all. I also called the helper directly, and she informed me that she had not even been assigned to my booking. This lack of communication and poor coordination is extremely frustrating, especially when customers make plans based on confirmed appointments.
