- 1 stars, 10 Sep 2024: BEWARE: Midwest carried out moving works without taking protective measures to prevent damage to walls/flooring. And when damage did occur, their response is that they're unaware of the requirement to take protective measures, which are industry practice. Use Midwest at your own risk!
- 1 stars, 3 Sep 2024: Avoid this moving company! They recently completed a move at our premises, and we experienced the following: 1. The security deposit cheque given to us by them on the day of the move bounced, and we were subsequently informed by the bank that it was because their bank account had been closed. 2. The movers failed to comply with building policies such as completing a pre-condition survey and putting up protection in the common areas, leading to damage. They subsequently claimed ignorance of such policies which is disingenuous as they had signed a form confirming that they had read the building 
- 5 stars, 30 Aug 2022: Received 60 cartons from them when my family relocated back from the USA. Professional and prompt delivery service to my storage space. The three delivery workers were patient and courteous.
- 2 stars, 22 Nov 2017: Slow delivery. For my colleague, her parcels were sitting in the warehouse for 1 whole month before being dispatched. For mine, I was promised that the delivery will take about a month, but apparently, it will take more than 50 days.. No visibility on the status. Will talk to my HR to reconsider using them.
