We reached out to a few contractors but most weren’t interested since it was just a small repair and they all pushed for a full cabinet replacement instead. Contacted Ministry of Door and they actually took the time to assess the issue and recommended fixing only the damaged portion. The workmanship was pretty good and the repair blended in seamlessly. Best of all, they helped my landlord save a lot of money by avoiding an unnecessary full replacement. They don’t mind taking smaller jobs and genuinely prioriti
- 5 stars, 15 Dec 2025: Had a great experience with Ministry of Door. The team was responsive and efficient from the start, and the installation was completed very smoothly. The workmanship is excellent, doors and sliding panels are well-aligned, sturdy, and finished with great attention to detail. Very happy with both the speed of service and the quality of the product. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and well-executed door solutions.
- 1 stars, 6 Sep 2023: Responsive but unfortunately workmanship really cannot make it. 1st two photos show poor workmanship of clear silicon application with gaps all over. Contacted them and they came down to rectify it. However, instead of removing the previously applied silicon before reapplication, they just used black silicon to cover it. (3rd photo onwards) Look at the photos and judge for yourself. Worst of all, the boss does not seem to think that her worker’s workmanship is unacceptable.
- 2 stars, 17 Jun 2023: Despite seller's response was rude & unprofessional, Dealing and Installation was smooth at first. Fast forward, comes to flaw which in this case, the privacy film was done wrongly and caused trouble for re-application. The third time they came over for final installation was on the 4th of May 2023, mind you. Nonetheless, I asked for the fix and they honoured me BUT they took nearly 1 and a half month to keep me posted/updated on when to get it fixed, leaving me hanging for the rest of the time. - 5 stars, 17 Dec 2022: skillful design and installation on old resale flats toliet doors. Use of combo slide and swing with a louvre windows for ventilation, covering beam structure as a solution. Overall happy with the design solutions. Rachael respond to all my enquires.
- 2 stars, 1 Jul 2019: Engaged this contractor to replace door locks and kitchen cabinets. Workmanship was poor. Products installation has key functional needs not met and need rectification works. Need to check their work during installation otherwise things go haywire. One of the replaced lock did not work after locking / unlocking a few times. When requested to make good after payment was made, contractor ignored request. Would definitely not use them again.
