- 5 stars, 5 Apr 2026: Team of 3 showed up on time for the cleaning. Balcony floor was cleaned for cement stains left behind by renovation with acid and machine. Job was done in 1.5h professionally. A full report with pictures was sent after the cleaning as well. Thank you for a well done job. 😀

Jessica handled my queries promptly and ensured the booking process was smooth and everything was scheduled properly. A jet wash was originally scheduled, but the crew - Ah Boy and Tuan - was concerned it might damage the seals and cause leak issues and so they did the cleaning by hand. I really appreciated their professionalism and the care they took to avoid damage to my property. This is a company that prioritises quality over convenience. I highly recommend their services!

Management denied responsibility despite their own staff acknowledging it could have been caused by their team. The business owner sent the post-cleaning photos and videos to a third party instead of me. Flooding and fridge power issues occurred immediately after your cleaning. Management denied responsibility, even though your cleaner acknowledged it was possible their team caused it. Communication became hostile and unprofessional.
