Let me tell you exactly what happened: I sent photos of exactly the items I wanted to dispose of and sought services: bed frame, sofa, dining table, and dining chairs. Provided me a quote and I accepted. The guy who arrived started complaining immediately about how large the sofa was and how it was not possible to move this out. First of all, they sent one person and it was clearly a two-person job which bewilders me. I told him I sent the photos and was quoted a price and if there are issues he should take it up with the company. He kept complaining. It seeme
