- 5 stars, 13 Sep 2026: I had just install the ME Digital lock, the technical man install the lock for us n explain to us every single step how to use, now we feel much safer n we no need to bring a bunch of keys , we only use our fingerprint or face recognition to open our door n we had doorbell n camera to look who is outside n press the bell . At night we feel safe when we sleeping as the gate door is automatic lock and my wooden door can double lock also. Thank M3
- 1 stars, 12 Sep 2026: The delivery is just shitty. 6hours time frame of expected timing. Ask on WhatsApp no reply nothing. So I’ll have to accommodate to all the delivery timing. Change my appointment without even confirming with me and nv notify me. Waste my weekend just on this shit.

- 5 stars, 26 Aug 2026: Installed my Digital Locks for both my Door & Gate. The techinician was Mr Tyson, he was very good and experienced installer. He taught me step by step on how to use the locks for both Door & Gate till i understood. When he left, i forgot to ask him about the mobile apps features. Again he guided me with video & photos. When all was done. My Gate lock suddenly spoke in Mandarin. I was confused due to my error. I asked Mr Tyson again and He video call me personally to guide me again to change from Mandarin to English. I am very very grateful and thankful to Mr Tyson for his superb customer serv

My heart could never express how thankful i am for this company!
