Updates were inconsistent, timelines kept feeling unclear, and there didn’t seem to be proper coordination or project management even though this is a major and expensive job. A lot of the time we had to keep chasing for updates ourselves. The gutter service also lacked transparency because there was no proper breakdown of what was cleaned. - 1 stars, 27 May 2026: Honestly ah, the overall experience with your roofing services was quite disappointing. The roof leak repair especially didn’t really give much confidence because nobody properly explained what actually caused the leak, what exactly was done to fix it, or whether the problem is really settled long term or not. End up we also don’t know if the issue will come back again later. The waterproofing service also felt quite unclear and not very professional. - 5 stars, 21 Jan 2026: Five-star service! The expert took time to clearly explain the repair process, executed flawless work, and left the area cleaner than they found it. For top-tier roof waterproofing in Singapore, look no further.
