- 5 stars, 7 Dec 2025: I engaged New Cool for the chemical overhaul service of aircon indoor units. The service personnel was punctual on the appointment day, and completed his work neatly. Also helped to check my outdoor unit for gas level and all ( he didn't charge anything for these health checkings). The service personnel was sincere, and didn't try to push any unnecessary services/costs. Their prices are very much competitive in the market, and service quality is also very good. Highly recommend them.
