- 5 stars, 8 Jun 2026: I had an incredible experience at this shop! If you are looking for reliable, professional, and fast service for your car keys, look no further. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Mr. Jimmy, the boss, is an absolute master of his craft. His workers are not only highly skilled and efficient, but his customer service psyche is truly top-tier. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure everything was working perfectly before I left. It is rare to find such honest, high-quality, and friendly service these days. Whether you have a lost key, a faulty remote, o
- 5 stars, 16 Apr 2026: Fast and Good to replace my car remote that's my old remote hard to connect
- 4 stars, 19 Feb 2026: Was referred to them by Wah Hong Motors & Credit Pte Ltd. when my car key can't fit into the door lock. Ah Hock served me. He may not be the smiling type, but after hearing my car lock problem, he immediately sprung into action to first verify whether its the key problem. - 5 stars, 10 Jan 2026: I'm thankful to be referred by Luqman of Mova Auto to Ah Hock at Newton Auto Keys. Ah Hock and his staff have managed to make a new car key for my old Prius and even helped to repair my almost beyond repair spare key. Kudos and well done, Ah Hock

- 5 stars, 2 Aug 2025: Had a problem with my mazda 5 immobilizer and had gone to dealer (quoted 3k). Enquired with Newton and they assured me that they will chk the prob and subsequently resolved it (less than 1k)... Greatly appreciate the fast job done.
- 1 stars, 1 Aug 2025: Went to duplicate car key. Staff super unfriendly UNLESS you speak chinese. Attitude switched 180° when i spoke chinese. From "No. Cannot." To "YES! CAN!" In less than 2 seconds once i spoke chinese. Told me that it would take 30 mins to duplicate key but it clearly took more than an hour. NOT ONLY, they also made the new worker do the key while the experienced ones either, ate food,or walked around to cure boredom. Overall i regret. Save your time, and money. Go somewhere else. Ur welcome🙏.
