- 5 stars, 9 Sep 2026: Contacted them regarding a toilet bowl issue where the water wasn’t filling up immediately after flushing. Communication over WhatsApp was prompt and clear and pricing was transparent with no hidden fees. Vincent did a good job replacing the worn-out fill valve and was also helpful in sharing some useful tips. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. Would recommend!
- 5 stars, 8 Aug 2026: Toilet floor trap was choked so bad even from normal basin hand wash use. Looked around and decided to engage Nile plumbers (Vincent), best decision I’ve made. Before coming down, a brief diagnosis was made it was cement flushed down by one of my contractors and true enough, Vincent managed to extract a pool of it deep down my floor trap. Communications was great, he knows his stuff, he is detailed throughout the whole process. Thank you Vincent!

Responsive, patient, knowledgeable and fully transparent with fees - these traits that one always look for in a professional...are traits that Vincent fully embody. Upon receiving my video and photos, Vincent had a preliminary diagnosis and explained to me (over the phone) what the possible cause of my toilet leakage was and how he would go about rectifying it.
