- 1 stars, 10 Sep 2026: Disappointed with the 4-hour cleaning service. My flat is small, no clutter and there isn’t much furniture so I expected the basic cleaning to be completed within 4 hours. However, even after 4 hours, the toilet was not washed, wiped or cleaned and home mirrors were not wiped. Floor was not even vacuumed or mopped properly. I usually book 3-hour sessions with other cleaning companies, and they are able to complete the job properly. For a 4-hour service, I honestly expected much better and more thorough cleaning. Unfortunately, I do not feel the service was worth the time or money spent and wou

Customer service miss Kathy replied are very fast and very helpful and flexible 👍this is the company so far I found the best and trustworthy 👍 even this is my first try at Nimbus Homes. I like the professional customer service rendered by Hazel. She understands my requirements & acts promptly to set up my subscription & timetable and assigns me the crew I choose. Very pleased with her efficiency & follow up. Thanks Hazel for a good job! Nimbus cleaning crew Kay understands my requirements & is doing her best to align her service standard to meet expectation. - 5 stars, 20 Aug 2026: Got the moving in deep clean services and it was very thorough! They brought a good number of people and managed to clean the whole space in great detail. A few things I did not even expect like areas behind the fridge! We moved into a decade old condo and some parts of the balcony were hard to clean and they did a great job. Supervisor minhaz was fantastic and he made sure no detail was missed. Highly recommend!
