- 1 stars, 8 Jul 2025: Very disappointing experience. We called them to fix a fridge gasket issue, but they couldn’t repair it in the end. We ended up getting a $100 refund, but still paid $80 for absolutely nothing, they claimed was a “transport fee” (lol). What really annoyed us was their attitude. When we expressed our frustration, they sarcastically said, “You guys want it fixed 100%? ” Of course we do! Why would anyone call a repair service hoping for less than a full fix? To make things worse, they didn’t even bring their own gasket. They used the one we had bought online ourselves. And then, when it didn’t wo
- 5 stars, 6 Jun 2025: Called at 11:40am and spoke with a lady. Uncle called 20 minutes later and agreed to come to my place between 3-6pm on the same day. Came at around 4pm. Did a lot of tests and changed the lock of the washing machine door. Prompt service. Pleased with the work.

- 1 stars, 8 Mar 2025: Let's start with the positive stuff first. It's great that the uncle technician is fit and active at his age. That's about it. I'm a tenant and he's commissioned by landlord to fix the oven that is certified unrepairable by another technician. Long story short, it's been 11 weeks, 5 visits, 2 repairs and the oven is still spoilt. He keeps claiming the oven can be fixed. It's his 6th visit today to repair for the third time and I don't have high hopes. Only using him for so long simply because I don't have a choice. Each visit, I'm not told when he would be coming, and I have to chase the admin
- 1 stars, 5 Aug 2023: Similar to other people’s experience. It took so much effort to make appointment with the technician. Not responding to messages, and every time i called, they always said will call back and schedule the visit, but you will wait for the whole day and no call is coming.

Unlike a technician who came, just turned on the switch, diagnosed is motherboard problem. Advised not worth to repair and collected the transport fees.

But they don’t respond your messages and call. After calling the lady, she said that the technician will give me a call to arrange the time. Waited from the day itself to 24 hrs later. No text or call from them. It was an effort wasted waiting for their call which I could look for other companies. So to those who needs help from this company, unless you have the whole life time to wait for their call. Otherwise, don’t waste your time to wait for their call. They w

- 5 stars, 18 Apr 2022: I was trying to find a technician to repair my Teka washing machine (model TK3 1490 with a water discharge issue) and was arranged through an agent to engage their service. Had a good chat with the couple who showed up at my door step at around 9pm during the repair. The uncle is very proficient and knowledgeable and the lady has been lending him a helping hand when needed. Some of the noteworthy points from the conversation we had: 1. The uncle has constantly upgraded his knowledge to keep up with the technology and took pride in his work. It is a pity that he doesn't have an apprentice. 2. T

Their Tech, KK Tan, Old man, very experienced, took 3 mins to diagnose the problem like a Doctor using his Stethoscope & fix the issue in $100 rather buying A New Washing Macine. Strongly reccomends for others to engage this KK Tan.
