- 1 stars, 12 Sep 2026: Engaged Panda Movers service under Penguin Logistics. 1. Pick up delay few hours 2. Delivery was not made directly after items were picked up. (delay few hours again) (FYI, pick up point and drop off point – 17 mins distance by veh only) 3. Probably went for other jobs. But tell customer lorry’s tyres got problem. (old excuses) (At least, should inform customer in advance and not letting your customer to wait whole day) Overall experience VERY BAD.. Think twice before you engage them

Very decent quotes with the ability to handle my requests quickly. Very friendly and efficient team too. Will definitely use them again in the future.

- 1 stars, 18 Aug 2026: The move was literally from one block to the next block. The workers arrived late, which meant that I missed my optimal timing for moving. After they arrived, they were slow and unhurried despite my concerns. I can only assume this was to increase the time since they’re paid by the hour. I communicated with the boss, but he was unhelpful and unapologetic. On top of that, they didn’t move all the furniture!Left some pieces behind. Some items damaged. I can’t recommend this company.
- 5 stars, 16 Aug 2026: The company has provided proper protection for my piano move. The move went well including moving my treadmill. The movers came on time and they have secured the piano and treadmill properly in the truck.
- 1 stars, 21 Jun 2026: Terrible service- was supposed to come at 10am- kept pushing it later. Only arrived at 12:30 -after I asked for my deposit back. The driver was not sorry for the delay and shouted back at me. Will never use them again.

The goods were successfully delivered, and the person responsible for making payment was on a flight at the time. We informed the company that payment would be made as soon as she landed, which was only about 3 hours after delivery. The payment was going to be made on the same day, not days or weeks later. What shocked me was the company’s response. Instead of showing any understanding, I was repeatedly pressured and threatened. I was told they would move the delivered goods back to their wareh
