- 1 stars, 11 Sep 2026: Engaged Panda Movers service under Penguin Logistics. 1. Pick up delay few hours 2. Delivery was not made directly after items were picked up. (delay few hours again) (FYI, pick up point and drop off point – 17 mins distance by veh only) 3. Probably went for other jobs. But tell customer lorry’s tyres got problem. (old excuses) (At least, should inform customer in advance and not letting your customer to wait whole day) Overall experience VERY BAD.. Think twice before you engage them

They responded to my whatsapp inquiry immediately with a reasonable quote, and advised they could be there within 1-2 hours (even though it was a Sunday). My condo management initially had some issues with the weekend collection, but instead of turning around they called so that I could communicate the urgency with management, and were eventually let through. They were such a massive help with my last minute move out and I am very grateful!
