- 5 stars, 30 May 2026: I can’t fault the service from this company - with a special mention to their sales supervisor Kelvin - who was super responsive over chat and arranged to come assist at short notice. Unlike other companies I reached out to, Kelvin listened and provided much-needed solutions, going above and beyond to ensure our bird mite problem was addressed quickly and effectively. He helped coordinate necessary remediation works with a contractor and personally assisted with the pest removal. Staff members Moksin and Ah Wei were also very thorough and professional. Overall I am very impressed with this com

- 5 stars, 5 Dec 2024: I’m Kelvin, I recently called JOCEYN SEOW for an advise regarding a termites that have infested one of my cabinet door. Ms. Jocelyn is one of the most honest person I have ever met in Singapore , which is a rare gems in this high cost of living society.she can choose to con me into taking up a treatment package with them , instead she choose to do what is RIGHT for the future development of the company and have gave me an honest advise on how to deal with the matters. I can assure anyone who wants to deal with termites issue to contact Jocelyn directly. HONEST AND SINCERE will always prevail.
