- 5 stars, 6 Sep 2026: I made an enquiry for service to our leaking water heater on a Sunday morning. Mani, from Prima Technologies replied quickly. He asked for some photos to be taken. We did that and he was able to advise on the type of service to render to us. Very spot on with his comment. Arrived , removed existing heater, checked and installed new heater, cleaned up the bathroom area all within 45 mins. The effort he puts into making this installation better and safer than the one we had before was what we appreciated most. Mani is very professional in his service to us. Thank you for resolving our problem. K
