From the moment they arrived, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. They came fully prepared and paid attention to every detail — even the spots most people overlook. Every room was left spotless, organized, and smelling fresh. They took extra care with delicate surfaces and treated my home with respect. - 5 stars, 24 May 2025: After a house fire which completely destroyed the master bedroom, the rest of the apartment was understandably flooded with soot and ash filled water and all the rugs were soaked with this toxic foul water. And the whole place smelled worse than an ashtray. Procare Cleaning Services were hugely responsive and within three days of cleaning no one would guess the state the place was in. All the rugs, upholstered furniture and mattresses were professionally steam cleaned and the marble flooring and balcony flooring were scrubbed cleaned and returned to as good as new. The Team was efficient, prof - 5 stars, 26 Apr 2025: Workers are very friendly and detailed Did a good job as my place is so clean after the cleaning The Customer Service staff Dennis Ling is superb He works fast and confirmed my appointment even though it was so last minute Will definitely recommend Procare to my friends and colleagues Well done!!! - 4 stars, 4 Apr 2025: Got to know Procare through a friend. Needed to get my home Raya ready so I engaged them. There were some spots missed but we rectified and it was all good. All 3 staff did a great job cleaning my home. Would recommend. - 5 stars, 1 Apr 2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service – Highly Recommend! I can’t say enough great things about Procare cleaning! From start to finish, their team was professional, thorough, and detail-oriented. My home has never looked cleaner—they tackled every corner, leaving everything sparkling. What really stood out was their attention to detail and their friendly, trustworthy staff. They used high-quality products and even accommodated my last-minute scheduling request. The pricing is fair for the outstanding service provided. If you’re looking for a reliable, top-notch cleaning service, this is the one! I’ll defi - 5 stars, 18 Mar 2025: Yong Cheng & San Hui came to my place to clean 3 big windows. They were right on time and were efficient and quiet (I was working from home). The result is fantastic: I can see through the windows as if they were none! - 4 stars, 2 Mar 2025: There were some issues with the agent over the cleaning job, which they jumped in and helped with, by communicating directly with the agent. Overall pretty good, but they didn't clean under the sofa. - 5 stars, 16 Jan 2025: Very prompt customer service. They tried their best to help me with an appointment based on my busy schedule. Very thorough and professional cleaning service. Will engage them again. - 5 stars, 6 Jan 2025: I am served by Dennis Ling and highly recommend his service. He is patient and knowledgeable. He is able to communicate and explain to me on the different solution on floor treatment, restoration and post reno cleaning. His team did a fantastic job to sand and vanish my parquet wall and post reno cleaning as well. This is not my first time doing renovation and like all past experience, I expect to do another round of cleaning myself, even after the post reno cleaning. However, to my surprise, the team did such a great job that I am totally comfortable to move in right away. Every corner and ev - 5 stars, 2 Jan 2025: Professional, thorough and value-for-money formaldehyde treatment. The team was punctual, and explained the process. Meter readings were taken before and after the treatment, and it showed a significant difference. Pics below - Before treatment was arrow pointing at red bar, after treatment was arrow pointing at green bar. They keep taking the readings and repeating the process to get it down to green. Even without the meter readings, you can smell the difference after. The air does not sting your eyes and nose. The team also went beyond to point out carpentry defects, which was helpful.
