This was our experience: * At the start of the contract we had what amounted to an infestation (15+ cockroaches seen in 2–3 weeks). * ⁠Multiple visits were made, but the source of the problem was never addressed. They just laid more traps and poison so we had dead cockroaches but they kept coming. * ⁠The issue was only resolved when *I* identified and sealed the entry point myself. Since then (the past 8+ months), we’ve hardly seen another cockroach. * ⁠The company’s approach feels reactive — laying poison rather than tackling root
