- 5 stars, 20 Jul 2026: I had a complicated situation where another contractor did incorrect and risky plumbing work. Ong and his team stepped up to help fix it when it would have been easier to walk away. Ong is exceptionally kind, honest, and professional—and it gives total peace of mind knowing his entire team is fully licensed, not just the supervisor. Not all heroes wear capes—some carry toolboxes! Highly recommended.
