- 1 stars, 2 May 2024: Do not call Rich Ocean for help. Today my parents called them for service due to my aircon not working/cooling properly, can't find the issue and just left with "cleaning service" charge. If you can't fix it, then don't charge please. We call you to fix and at least pin point the problem but cannot even find the issue and blame for it being an "old model". What a waste of money and time, even my dad can also clean.

- 1 stars, 22 Apr 2023: Very very bad experience with Rich Ocean. Technician came late for appointment without apology. His boss refused to explain reasons of their proposals to resolve problems. - 5 stars, 15 Feb 2022: Been working with them for many years, always leave my aircons in top condition. Servicing is quick and efficient. Always on time even though they have extremely packed schedules. Honest and respectable morals unlike many other air con companies (I personally had terrible experiences with others). It is disappointing there are not many good reviews here, they never push customers to leave google reviews unlike most businesses. seems like satisfied customers did not bother to leave review and only unhappy ones make sure their complains are public.
- 1 stars, 30 Nov 2021: I have worked with Rich Ocean Air Condition for a few years. From installation of aircon to servicing. At the start, their service is good. However, recently (~1 year) their service, staff is subpar. I Contacted them with a problem, they claim that my aircon is working perfectly fine, charge me for my yearly aircon servicing package when my room is 26-27 degree even with aircon on full blast. Their customer service is a joke, the workers they send keep insisting and claiming that my aircon is in perfect condition. Clearly they are not good at their job. They do not do what is best for the cust
