It has been over 13+ weeks since my shipment was dispatched from Singapore, and I am still waiting for my household goods despite completing customs clearance on time. Throughout this process, communication has been poor, updates have been inconsistent, and I have repeatedly had to follow up myself for information. Being without essential household items for such a long period has caused significant inconvenience for my family after relocating to Canada. The del
