Barely hear any traffic noise even though the room is road facing. Thankful for Darren's help and patience with the rescheduling and arrangement when my renovation had a couple of hiccups and delays. Highly recommend Sapphire windows for superior quality windows!
- 3 stars, 30 Aug 2026: We fitted our new 4 storey house with Sapphire uPVC windows & doors. The product range is good providing good soundproofing performance. However the after sales service & communication could be much better. QC inspection was not done before handover. Sapphire offers probably the most high spec windows available in Singapore. Sean Kang who helped us through our project, was patient and quick to respond to our varying needs - which was important as with any renovations, changes are likely to happen as the project develops. We have been using the windows for 8 months now, and we are impressed by it. The sound insulation is so good at times we don't realise it is raining outsi

From the very beginning, Derek demonstrated top-tier professionalism and a genuine commitment to getting my project exactly right. What stood out the most was his incredible patience.
