- 5 stars, 4 Feb 2025: AC broke down during CNY , left them a message in Watsap , and they prompty attended to the issue when they reopened for business . Problem identified as faulty PCB board , they quoted the repair costs on same day , and the faulty board was replaced the next day. Prompt and good service .

- 5 stars, 5 Jul 2024: Just had 6 new aircon units installed by SAS. Service was great. Technicians made sure work areas were tidy and furniture protected. No unnecessary chattering and quick and reliable work. Deserved 5-stars.
- 4 stars, 24 Jun 2024: I took up an annual normal servicing package as the company was the installer of aircon system. Been through two servicing with them and I find their servicing team knowledgeable and fast yet thorough in their cleaning as compared to the other companies I have used for my rented place previously. They are also polite and well-mannered, seeking permission to enter the rooms and use the toilet. Phyllis, the customer service personnel, was also responsive and follow up on my queries promptly. The team deserves recognition for the good work.

However, they sent their team anyway to service while we were away and now they want to charge us sgd70 per Aircon servicing. Be warned. Do not use this firm.

- 1 stars, 31 Jan 2024: Not accommodating at all. Refuse to rescheduled session when we were not at home for the first session that was scheduled by the developer. No efforts made for reminding customers as well.
- 1 stars, 7 Jan 2024: Engaged them for servicing of air con for many years. Wanted to change new air con. However, did not follow up despite multiple attempts to reach out via several means. Irresponsibility at its finest.
