- 5 stars, 14 Dec 2025: I first engaged this plumbing team back in 2023 to help with a choked drain. Unfortunately, the drain access point had been blocked off due to poor original design, so they had to carefully break it open to access the pipe. They were upfront about it and clearly tried to minimise damage, which I appreciated. What stood out was their professionalism and experience. They were able to locate the correct drain access points instead of doing unnecessary hacking. During the same visit, they also helped me diagnose why my shower tap water pressure was weak, explaining that it was likely due to intern
- 5 stars, 1 Jun 2025: Highly recommended for Mr Edison's reliability and professionalism. Found him via google search result and decided to give him a text. Provided him picture of the severe floor trap choke, he responded with the service cost (reasonable price) and earliest available slot. Arrived on time at the agreed timing and promptly resolve the choke within 10mins. Will be keen to engage him for piping service for my whole house renovation in 2026.

He is very knowledgeable about plumbing matters and was able to identify the source of leakage under our sink as soon as we shared the pictures. He gave good advice on the leakage and the appliances we were using, and quickly rectified it when he came down. Communication was prompt and friendly. Highly recommend. 👍🏽👍🏽

They efficiently resolved multiple issues, from clearing my choked floor trap to fixing a leaking hose and replacing my valve to address high water pressure. He was very accommodating with flexible scheduling, fast in his work, and meticulous in ensuring everything was done properly before leaving my house.
