- 5 stars, 1 Aug 2026: William is the best one-stop fuss-free efficient solution for all your plumbing needs! We had leaks due to a faulty bidet and shower head and reached out to a few plumbers. William was the only one who replied promptly and positively. Other plumbers insisted that they could only help with fixing/installing and we had to source for the replacement parts by ourselves. Not William. William helped us to procure the correct parts and even bothered to find parts that matched the colour and style of the original. He arrived at our place very soon after we contacted him to replace the faulty equipment
