He systematically checked for the cause and confirmed that it was due to issues from incoming power supply from Singapore Power. He stayed while we called SP and also proved to the SP personnel that the issue is indeed from external cause. Thanks to his support, our family finally had stable electrical supply. Thanks Shamiul!

He efficiently diagnosed the electrical tripping issue and recommended replacing the outdated main switch. This was a commendable effort and is highly recommended.
