## Latest Google reviews (3 of 3 held with text)

- 1 stars, 5 Jun 2026: TERRIBLE SERVICE. Please do not engage this company for any of your air con repair or servicing. They will schedule an appointment and show up late (11pm onwards) or sometimes don’t even show up until you call them to reschedule. This has happened to us over 5 times and they have no apologised or been remorseful. Such an unpleasant experience with extremely UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE. Please see pictures attached to how they left my compressor, claiming their men will continue their service “later”, which was 11pm the same day.
- 5 stars, 3 May 2026: Very helpful, efficient and polite customer service. The engineers were on time, polite and thorough. Can highly recommend Snow World!
- 1 stars, 10 Jan 2022: Schedule for the day but noone came.
