Backend customer support was very disappointing and unpleasant. I was initially told to wait 7 days and after 7 days there was still no follow up at all. I had to be chasing them for any updates which is ridiculous. And I found out that they had not even checked the machine after 7 days and still was unavailable to provide me on the price quote. Their technical staff work efficiently to install the system & ensure that all debris is cleared before work is considered completed. My appointment was scheduled between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm. At 7:52 pm, I called the hotline to confirm whether the technician would still arrive. The guy who answered my call, assured me that the technician would arrive within an hour. I accepted that and continued waiting.
