- 1 stars, 11 Apr 2025: Terrible experience. When they shifted my things out from my place to their lorry, they left out 1 trolley load in the lift. The load just went up and down the block until I noticed and brought it to the movers. They didn’t even realised. My stuffs were then placed in their storage for 1 month. After 1 month, they shifted my things back but they lost my mattress and sofa cubes. They kept denying that they lost my things and eventually they ghosted me and refused to pick up my calls.
- 1 stars, 2 Jan 2025: Warning! Moved with the company a month ago and they broke my TV. They told me they would replace it within a few days and it has been over a month now and they are ghosting me. Terrible customer service and even worse etic and integrity. I am about to take them to court as they give me no other options.
