- 5 stars, 4 May 2026: Very good aircon servicing. Prompt response always. Keep the place clean while carrying out their work. Had been using them for years now, highly recommended.
- 1 stars, 3 May 2026: The worst aircon servicing there is! Do not engage them unless you want to be lied to & be charged a bomb! Very rude also! When you don't agree to their ridiculous up-selling, they get very upset & rude with you & just leave without servicing the aircons! They don't even respect the customer's decision & only wants you to listen to them instead! Worst company ever!
- 1 stars, 14 Oct 2025: The worst around. Just wanna earn your transportation money . Avoid this company at all cost. Will tell you problems can’t solve and don’t even give solutions pui……..
- 1 stars, 18 Feb 2025: Review: Turns out they did a terrible job. New technician found out that this company did a poor job of servicing the aircon. Blower was full of dust and they never cleaned properly. Switched to new servicing company.
- 4 stars, 6 Oct 2024: Before and after a chemical wash. They are prompt in replying to my queries. For 1 unit
- 5 stars, 20 Sep 2024: I have used Sub Cool Engineering to maintain my 5 air conditioned units in my home for 6 years! I used them also to install and maintain one more unit during my last year of tenancy and remove it and repair walls at the end of the tenancy. They have always done an impeccable job, always delivering consistent quality, very polite and carefull, keeping things clean, with a fair price for service delivered. If I return to Singapore one day I will ask them again for their services, I would look no further, thanks!
- 4 stars, 17 Sep 2024: My house 3units aircon trunking replacement job was done recently; they did a good job.
- 5 stars, 17 Sep 2024: Have been using this company since 2017, service is good and reliable. Special shout out to Masud, he has been very helpful and approachable as one of the oldest staff I know in the company 👍
- 1 stars, 28 Mar 2024: Highly Unprofessional and shady service provider. Came to house took 1 min per aircon and then my bedroom aircon become faulty just after 1 week of service (never had issue) they said charge 50$ extra for repair now. They won't service, rather damage the aircon. DO NOT INDULGE
- 1 stars, 7 Mar 2024: Do not recommend. They did a quick job each time they are here and I’m always asked to do chemical cleaning. The manager, admin and the person who did the maintenance is the same person, based on my experience.
