A year after moving out, I suddenly started receiving messages about a “pending payment.” First, they claimed it was for a contract we never even signed. That was eventually sorted, but then they came back asking for a one‑time servicing fee — which I clearly remember paying, since it was the last servicing before handing the unit back to the owner. Now, more than a year later (Nov 2025), they are again chasing me for this same payment. If the amount was truly pending since March 2024, why didn’t they reach out at that
