- 1 stars, 11 Sep 2026: People who send in their items beware. I noted some of the negative comments which I agree too. They charge you immediately a service charge when you bring in your items. About $100-110. After that they check n the cost of REPLACEMENT (Not repair) is as high as getting a new one. When I went to take back my item another person also went to take back as similar to me the cost of "repair" is as good as buying a new one. I check on the parts they wanted to repair and that cost less than 30% of what they ask for!! They are simple jack of all trades and I guess they just replace faulty parts not do

- 4 stars, 10 Sep 2026: My thermomix was out of warranty and not constructed anymore. It couldn’t be repaired at the official store. The team there has been super responsive whether it is over by phone or WhatsApp and could repair it very quickly. I am glad I found them!
