I had limited knowledge of using an Apple; Bo was great, as he was able to answer my immediate questions so I could operate successfully. Brought a Magic Mouse, and I am on the learning curve. Very happy with the service

I wanted an old VHS tape (that had been converted from an 8mm film) with over four hours of footage, converted to digital. The team not only converted the tape but cleaned it up as well. Would recommend for this kind of service.
