- 1 stars, 18 Oct 2025: Please, do not enter into a regular contract with them. First of all, they have absolutely no intention of keeping to schedules. Every time, they contact me more than three hours before the scheduled time slot, asking, "I'm nearby, can I come over?" What's the point of scheduling appointments then? (laughs) The service is also shoddy, finishing unusually quickly, and there's a discrepancy between the website's advertising and the actual work. - 1 stars, 8 Jun 2025: Engaged a tow truck to recover their van from the accident scene. Refused to pay for the towing when the van was towed. Asked to put down the van and they will engage another towing when the price was told by the company before even coming down. Unethical.

- 1 stars, 2 Nov 2023: Technicians from Toyo just left my home and I must say the service is getting from bad to worse. They were hardly here for 20mins and said all 3 units are clean! I have stayed with Toyo for 3 cycles (3 years) now and the level of service from the start to now is in stark contrast. Right from the start, they used to do all the cleaning the claimed on their website. The cleaning took close to an hour which included dismantling the units, washing them, wiping and cleaning them after installing them back and even dusting the condenser.
