- 1 stars, 15 Mar 2025: Do not advertise '24 hrs' if services is not applicable after certain hours. This is very misleading and frustrating when there is an emergency and we can't get help jsut to be told 'we are closed'.
- 5 stars, 7 Oct 2024: Engaged The Pest Control Company for the first time and we were nothing but in awe by the team's responsiveness. We had Wilfred to come down to our apartment on a Sat (21 Sep), and he was open to sharing about the common pest issues and how one could take preemptive actions. Instead of hastening the process, Wilfred took time to inspect in detail prior to the disinfection. After using other pest control companies, would definitely recommend other friends and families to Wilfred and his team! Pleasant and fulfilling experience! Appreciate, Jay
- 5 stars, 26 Jun 2024: They work 24/7 and Response to my request almost immediately. They are very honest and only give advice that will benefit me and my family. Shout out to Eddie for helping me convince main con to do something about the termites issue.

Kudos to the company too for a super quick trip down to my place on such short notice. Will recommend this company (as I also have been recommended by a friend)!
- 5 stars, 3 Apr 2024: Engaged their service as I was facing bug issues at home, and their professional Danny manage to identify the source of the problem within 10mins of inspection. Very amazing job done with the extermination and follow up, and I am very please with the outcome. On top of that its affordable service too. 🙏🏻 Will highly recommend them to people if their house is facing bug issues too
