- 5 stars, 9 Sep 2026: My five-year-old, sparingly used, otherwise brand-new-looking, LG OLED started taking forever to start and then became non-responsive. I messaged them and Mr. Ang was incredibly nice and pleasant throughout. My wife insisted only on LG support to fix the TV so we ended up not using their services but I am grateful for the honest and immediate responses. They were clear about charges and expectations, and not pushy.

- 5 stars, 13 Jan 2026: My TV ,Samsung The Frame, was not responding and was super laggy. I contacted TV Guru and Mr Ang came over and diagnosed the problem swiftly. He is very polite and professional. Has good skills and can tell he works very hard. He even came at 9pm to fix my TV. Basically the motherboard overheated from me leaving the screensaver on 24/7 after using it for 4 years, so it needed a motherboard replacement for $380, with 1 month warranty. My TV works well now! Overall very satisfied with the service. Thank you Mr Ang

- 5 stars, 20 May 2025: TV Guru repaired my 7-yo Samsung TV UA55MU6300K motherboard at reasonable price and given one month warranty. Hopefully with the new lease of life, it lasted another 7 good years... Kudos to TV Guru on their efforts to reduce e-waste for the environment! Btw, they also repair washer, dryer, fridges etc.
